I consider the relationship between psychological functioning, health and the demands of work.

The assessment addresses the questions agreed with the referrer and may inform workplace support, occupational functioning or return-to-work planning. My report explains the evidence and recommendations relevant to those questions.

Please identify the referral purpose, job requirements, intended recipients and any deadlines. Consent and information-sharing arrangements are agreed before the assessment.

Fees and report turnaround

  • Report within four weeks: £1,800 plus VAT (£2,160 including VAT at 20%)
  • Report within seven days: £3,600 plus VAT (£4,320 including VAT at 20%)
